  It is difficult to tell which side is winning the war with the massive misinformation campaign being waged in the west. Ukraine makes up stuff as it goes along posting often complete distortions so one comes to believe they are fighting a field of dreams conflict, relying on the hope if they say it often enough it will come true. They need to convince the US, EU and others they can hold off the Russians while at the same time pray the west will intervene on their behalf. This duality suggests they know they are losing and are in desperate need of Devine intervention. The fact that people are fleeing Ukraine by the millions adds evidence to this. Yes, they have slowed the Russian advance but at a great cost. Winning a war is about attrition. The side with the most resources generally wins.
